Four Week Series: Beginner Apparatus Workshop>
Thursdays from 5-6pm
January 16 to February 6, 2025
This series is designed to introduce or refresh movers' knowledge of the classical Pilates exercises on the apparatus: Reformer, Chair, Tower, and Mat. Participants will be ready to join group classes after completing this workshop. Limited to 4 movers.
Workshop Series
Prenatal Pilates: For expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy. This series will encourage health and strength to support the amazing changes in a woman’s body as she prepares for the journey of a lifetime.
Postnatal Pilates: Enjoy yourself with your powerfully accomplished body! This series supports pelvic floor health, can address diastisis recti, and empowers women to build strength and stamina as they tend to themselves as much as they tend to others.
Brand New Beginner Series: Welcome to Pilates! We support humans of all ages, shapes, and abilities to explore Classical Pilates through a specially designed small group series that can support the launch of a lifetime practice. Whether you’re a seasoned exerciser or gym-phobic, this is the series for you!
